100Cr6/1.3505
100Cr6 is a through-hardening bearing steel primarily used for rolling contact and high-fatigue applications. It is mainly used for small & medium sizes bearing components and for other machine parts that require moderate tensile strength & high hardness. Major applications include ball bearings or rolls, reamers, dies, wood-working tools & Lathe spindle centres.
Heat Treatment Recommendation
• Hardening temperature: 830-870 ℃, quenching media: oil.
• Tempering temperature: 150-180 ℃.

Hardox pioneered by SSAB, is a type of steel which is known for it’s hardness, toughness, strength & abrasion resistance. It is excellent in wear-resistance and mainly used for applications in industries such as mining, construction and recycling. Hardox comes in many di erent variants whilst MMT stocks Hardox 450 & Hardox 500 on regular basis imported directly from Swedish mill. We can also supply Hardox other variants upon customer request.

Toolox 44
Toolox 44 is a type of steel that is already heat treated to the final properties thus making it suitable for saving time, costs & risks associated with heat treatment. It has excellent fatigue resistance which reflects its excellent strength combined with a high and guaranteed toughness. It is an ideal choice for many engineering, mould & die applications of plastic, rubber, die-casting, bending & other sheet-forming tools. It can also be further surface hardened with methods like nitriding and laser hardening. MMT is keeping Toolox 44 in both round bars and plate form.
