Master Heat Treatment Services
MMT has provided Heat Treatment services for dies, mould and other steel components since mid-2019. The section giving heat treatment services has been branded as MHS. We have a facility of 7 atmospheric controlled furnaces, including Hardening, Carburizing, Tempering & Nitriding. Additionally, our quenching methods include graded quenching oil & water for which temperature-controlled tanks have been designed & air quenching is done via high-pressure fans. Our Heat Treatment lab has state of the art equipment comprising of stand along Rockwell & Brinell Hardness tester and portable hardness tester for checking Vickers, Rockwell & Brinell Hardness. Over a span of 5 years, MHS has gained essential knowledge & experience to provide the best quality services to its clients.

Milling & Grinding:
MMT has facility of milling & grinding services since 2008. We have the full range of milling & grinding machines to do the necessary work on steel components, dies, moulds & precision sheets, and plates.
Our milling & grinding range can provide services in below size range:

Width:- from 50mm up to 500mm
Length:- from 200mm up to 1000mm
